We regret that we have to enforce our refund policy with no exceptions and refunds will not be issued for late cancellations.

Chartered Tours Refund Policy

Chartered Tours require a 30 day notice of charter cancellation. If there is inclement weather, please contact the office to discuss.

Individual Passenger Tickets (non chartered)

Tickets purchased in advance for events open to the public require a 24 hour notice for cancellation and refund. In the case of inclement weather, we will issue you a rain check or a refund. We do sail in mild inclement weather.
